Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SKYVIZ LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("SkyViz Labs", "we", "us", "our"), we want every customer to be confident in their purchase. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply across our subscription products (UniContact Lite, UniContact Pro, UniContact Central), our service marketplace platform (Zonify Spaces), and our professional services (CCaaS Consulting, AWS CloudOps, AWS FinOps). By subscribing to or purchasing any SkyViz Labs offering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Free Trials and Freemium Plans

Our free trials and freemium plans (including the UniContact Lite 1-month free trial and the Zonify Spaces 1-year all-in-one trial) are offered at no cost. Because no payment is collected, no refund is applicable. You may cancel a free trial at any time before it converts to a paid plan by managing your subscription from your account or by writing to billing@skyvizlabs.com.

2. Subscription Plans (UniContact Lite, Pro, and Central)

Subscriptions to our SaaS products are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Charges are non-refundable except as expressly set out in this policy or where required by applicable law.

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for First-Time Subscribers: If you are subscribing to a paid plan for the first time, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the initial charge, provided the account has not exceeded reasonable usage (as determined by us in good faith).
  • Monthly Plans: After the 7-day window, monthly fees already paid are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Plans: After the 7-day window, annual fees are non-refundable in full or in part, including for unused months remaining in the term.
  • Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods, downgrades, or unused features.

3. Service Disruption Refunds

If a verified, sustained service outage attributable to SkyViz Labs prevents you from materially using a paid subscription for more than seventy-two (72) consecutive hours within a single billing cycle, you may request a service credit equivalent to the affected period. Service credits are applied to your next billing cycle and are not paid out as cash refunds. Outages caused by third-party providers (including AWS), force majeure events, scheduled maintenance, or issues within your own systems are excluded.

4. Professional and Consulting Services

Our professional services (CCaaS Consulting, AWS CloudOps engagements, AWS FinOps reviews, and any other consulting, implementation, or advisory work) are governed by the individual Statement of Work ("SOW"), Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), or order form signed between you and SkyViz Labs.

  • Fees for completed milestones, delivered work products, time already spent, and third-party costs already incurred (such as AWS resources provisioned on your behalf) are non-refundable.
  • Advance retainers or deposits for work that has not yet commenced may be refunded in part, less any onboarding costs already incurred and a reasonable cancellation fee, at our discretion.
  • Where the SOW or MSA contains refund or cancellation terms that conflict with this policy, the terms of the SOW or MSA shall prevail for that engagement.

5. Zonify Spaces Marketplace Transactions

Zonify Spaces is a service marketplace that connects service seekers with independent service providers. Transactions on the marketplace are between the seeker and the provider; SkyViz Labs is not a party to those transactions and does not provide the underlying services.

  • Refunds for services booked through Zonify Spaces are governed by the policies of the individual service provider and the marketplace terms in effect at the time of booking.
  • Platform or convenience fees charged by SkyViz Labs are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, unless the booking is cancelled by the provider or the platform itself.
  • Disputes between seekers and providers should first be raised through the in-platform dispute resolution mechanism. SkyViz Labs may facilitate resolution but does not guarantee any specific outcome.

6. Cancellation by You

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting billing@skyvizlabs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the paid plan until that date. We do not auto-issue refunds for the unused portion of the cycle.

7. Cancellation or Suspension by SkyViz Labs

SkyViz Labs may suspend or terminate your access to any service for material breach of our Terms of Service, non-payment, fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or activity that compromises the security or integrity of our systems or other users. Where termination is for cause attributable to you, fees already paid are non-refundable. Where termination is initiated by SkyViz Labs without cause, we will refund any pre-paid fees for the unused remainder of the term on a pro-rata basis.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation under this policy, please email billing@skyvizlabs.com from the email address registered to your account, with the following details:

  • Your registered name and account or organisation ID.
  • The product, plan, or invoice number for which you are requesting a refund.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • A brief description of the reason for your request.

We will acknowledge your request within three (3) business days and aim to resolve it within ten (10) business days of receiving the information needed to process it.

9. Refund Processing and Timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once approved, refunds typically reach your account within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Currency conversion differences, payment gateway charges, and bank fees, where applicable, are not reimbursed by SkyViz Labs.

10. Taxes and Statutory Charges

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST and any other indirect taxes), which are charged at the prevailing rates. Where a refund is approved, taxes already remitted to government authorities will be refunded only to the extent they are recoverable by SkyViz Labs under applicable law.

11. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at billing@skyvizlabs.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account while we investigate, and we reserve the right to dispute such chargebacks and recover associated costs.

12. Changes to This Policy

SkyViz Labs may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, payment processes, or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
